Old Company Plate Signature Rose circa 1950 by International Silver. The owner's grandmother was the managing director of the Salvation Army Evangeline in Washington D.C. She retired in the early 70's. The Evangeline was a home for working professional unmarried women. They moved to a new location after she retired and closed it for good a few years later. This was the flatware from the Evangeline.
