Moody Mountain Retreat is a 1,400 square ft. barndominium with one master bedroom and bath on the main floor. Upstairs is a spacious open loft space that sleeps four and an additional full bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the fully stocked kitchen or living room. The outdoor space includes a 600 square foot covered wrap around deck, hot tub, fire pit and two top of the line grills. Guest access Guest will have total access of the home and property. Other things to note Moody Mountain has two driveways in the front and the back of the house that you are welcome to use but we recommend that you use the second drive way at the back of the house primarily as it is much easier to get in and out of. During the winter months if there is snow, HOA typically keeps the roads scraped and passable as quickly as possible. The property manager lives in the neighborhood and can be available if any problems arise during your stay.
